We collect your name, email address, company or organisation if you provide it, the type of enquiry you select and the message you send.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a pilot, partnership or investment conversation. We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries or take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Form processing
Form submissions are processed by Formspree on our behalf and delivered privately to the Toileo founders. We do not display your email address or message on this website, sell your details or add you to marketing lists without your permission. Formspree hosts its service in the United States and states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international transfers. You can read its security and privacy information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain relevant business correspondence. We delete it when it is no longer needed, subject to any legal or record-keeping requirement.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or request a copy where applicable. Contact us through the Build with us form and select “Something else”. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
